A lapse does not erase your progress

A common trap is turning one action into a much larger story: “I ruined everything, so continuing no longer matters.”

What still remains

The hours and days you already kept still happened. Skills you practised still exist. A lapse cannot travel backward and cancel them.

Take responsibility without punishment

You can take consequences seriously without attacking yourself. Ask what happened immediately before the action and what would make the next choice easier.

Return quickly

Do not wait for Monday or a symbolic date. If it is safe, make the next constructive choice now. Recovery can include setbacks.

Use the tool: choose a realistic next interval, return and answer honestly. A NO does not erase previous choices. The timer is not a substitute for medical treatment.
