The core check-in works without an account and is designed to minimise personal data.

Check-in data

Your active interval and simple check-in totals are stored in your browser using localStorage. They are not sent to our server by the core tool in this version. Clearing the site's browser data removes them from that device.

Contact form

If you choose to contact us, the name, email address and message you submit are sent securely to the site owner so they can decide whether to reply. The public website does not display the owner's private email address.

Server logs

Hosting and security providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps and user-agent data as part of operating and protecting the service.

Analytics and advertising

This launch version does not require advertising cookies. If analytics, advertising or other tracking services are added later, this policy and consent controls will be updated before they are enabled where required.

Your choices

You do not need an account to use the check-in. Do not submit sensitive medical information through the contact form.
