United Kingdom
The NHS addiction-support hub links to alcohol, drug and gambling help. For gambling-specific confidential support, GamCare operates the National Gambling Helpline.
Ireland
The HSE Drugs and Alcohol Helpline provides confidential information and support. In an immediate emergency in Ireland, use 112 or 999.
Gambling · United States
The National Council on Problem Gambling provides information and the National Problem Gambling Helpline. Current contact route: 1-800-MY-RESET by call or text.
Elsewhere
Use your country's national health service, public-health agency, licensed addiction-treatment directory or local emergency service. Because phone numbers and eligibility differ by country, Stop Dependencies does not display a US emergency number as though it were global.
