Discomfort is not failure

Irritability, anxiety, sleep changes and concentration problems can be withdrawal symptoms rather than proof you cannot quit.

Support is allowed

Nicotine replacement therapy and stop-smoking support can reduce withdrawal. You do not have to turn quitting into a willpower contest.
