Pornography
Porn urge, sexual desire and loneliness are not always the same thing
Sexual desire can be genuine and healthy. It can also be mixed with boredom, loneliness, anxiety or a learned screen routine.
Do not pathologise desire
Wanting sex, fantasy or masturbation is not automatically a disorder.
Look at the context
Late at night, after rejection, while procrastinating, after alcohol or after certain apps — context can reveal the loop.
Real connection is not a treatment obligation
Reducing pornography may change interest in dating or partners, but nobody needs to force relationships as a cure.
Use the tool: choose a realistic next interval, return and answer honestly. A NO does not erase previous choices. The timer is not a substitute for medical treatment.
