Stop measuring every sensation
Constantly checking whether you are aroused can make sexuality more central in attention.
Get help when distress is persistent
Significant distress, impairment or inability to control behaviour can be discussed with a qualified mental-health professional.
Use the tool: choose a realistic next interval, return and answer honestly. A NO does not erase previous choices. The timer is not a substitute for medical treatment.
