Facilities & mobilisation
A place designed for work, conversation and normal life.
The environment is intended to feel private, organised and human rather than institutional for its own sake.
Our current premises route
We have identified and substantially progressed an approximately 300 m² Dublin premises option. Final use remains subject to agreement, suitability, insurance, safety and any requirements applicable to the service being commissioned.
What the environment is intended to support
Private roomsConfidential individual conversations and professional sessions.
Shared spaceMeals, conversation, group work and ordinary time with other people.
MovementPractical physical activity such as treadmills, table tennis and other suitable equipment.
DignityAccess to hygiene facilities, clean presentation, nutrition and a respectful environment.
Controlled accessAppropriate security and access arrangements without presenting the programme as coercive confinement.
Flexible setupAbility to configure spaces around the actual cohort and commissioned service.
Alternative premises
If a public body or other commissioner has a suitable property, we are prepared to assess it instead of insisting on one fixed address. That can reduce mobilisation friction and allow the physical setup to follow the contract.
