Bring us the requirement. We will discuss the programme around it.

Stop Dependencies is open to commissioning, referral and service-development conversations with public bodies and funded organisations seeking structured dependency recovery support.

Dublin deliveryWe have identified a route to an approximately 300 m² programme environment in Dublin, subject to final contracting and operational requirements.
Commissioner premisesWe are also prepared to assess suitable premises provided by a commissioning organisation and configure delivery around the agreed service specification.
Target mobilisationFor a defined, funded project, our target is mobilisation within 14 days where premises, insurance, safeguarding, staffing and professional requirements can be satisfied.

What can be specified

Cohort profile, referral criteria, attendance model, staffing mix, psychological input, lived-experience support, nutrition, daily structure, physical activity, security/access arrangements, family involvement, progression goals, reporting and outcome measures can be discussed against the commissioning requirement.

Outcomes we are prepared to measure

Engagement, attendance, programme completion, progression into education/training, employment or self-employment, improved routine and independent living indicators can form part of an agreed outcomes framework. Measures must be proportionate, defined in advance and handled with appropriate privacy and data-governance controls.

Ready for specification, not pretending to be something we are not: clinical detoxification, emergency psychiatry and other regulated clinical functions require the appropriate registered services and professionals. We will define those boundaries in any proposal.

Commissioning or service-development enquiry

Send the requirement, target group, expected capacity, location and intended start window. We can respond around a concrete specification.

Operational standards

Programme delivery is supported by explicit boundaries for safety, safeguarding, information sharing, complaints and data protection. Commissioned work should define professional roles, referral criteria, escalation, reporting and data responsibilities before mobilisation.
